Post-doctoral Fellow: Liying Han, Northeast Normal University, China
Liying Han is associate professor in the Center for Ideological and Political Education at Northeast Normal University, China. She graduated from Northeastern Normal University with her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Psychology in 2002 and 2005. She then received her Doctorate in Ideological and Political Education in 2012 at Northeast Normal University. She works with Professor Larry Nucci as a visiting scholar in the field of children’s social and moral development and education. Prior to attending Berkeley, her research focused on college students ' ideological and political education.
She is the author of the book, Research on College Students' Core Values(People’s Publishing House, 2014). She is the second translator of the book Education and Democracy in the 21st Century(Nel Noddings,2013).
She serves as deputy director of the Center for Ideological and Political Education at Northeast Normal University.
